An accomplished, purpose-driven business leader, Paula Roche combines a strategic, customer-centric approach with extensive experience in both transformative change and operational excellence. As CEO of the County Wexford Chamber, Paula is dedicated to driving economic growth and creating meaningful opportunities and connections for her members across the region.
As Managing Director of Equifax UK Consumer Solutions, Paula led both B2C and B2B2C channels, driving growth through innovative product strategies and data-driven insights. She spearheaded significant change management initiatives and oversaw large-scale transformations, product launches, regulatory projects, and the management of both onshore and offshore call centres.
Prior to her role at Equifax, Paula led the Treasury & Dealing function in the insurance sector, where she streamlined workflows using in-house technology solutions. Paula is also a graduate of UCD Smurfit School of Business, with a focus on Strategy and Innovation.
