Natalie is an award-winning marketing strategist, commercial leader and experienced independent non-executive director. Currently with Mind Canopy, she has held senior leadership roles across professional services, technology and education, including Mason Hayes & Curran, UCD and Vodafone. At MHC, she played a key role in a period of significant business expansion, contributing to revenue growth of more than €100 million.
Recognised as one of Ireland’s Top 100 Chief Marketing Officers, Natalie has received industry awards including Best In-House Corporate Event Team, CX Champion and CX Impact in Professional Services. Her work centres on using marketing and commercial strategy to support business growth, alongside a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and governance. A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Natalie holds an MBA, a Diploma in Corporate Governance and a Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching. She is President of Chambers Ireland and member of Dublin Chamber council.
