Natalie is a senior marketing and business leader with a proven track record of driving significant commercial growth. As Strategic Marketing Director at Mason Hayes & Curran, she has been central to the firm’s transformation into one of Ireland’s largest law firms, tripling revenue and headcount during her tenure.
With award-winning credentials spanning strategy, operations, and commercial expansion, Natalie brings a rare combination of marketing leadership and sharp business acumen. Her career spans senior local and global roles at UCD Smurfit School and Vodafone, giving her deep insight into the technology, education, and professional services sectors.
An experienced independent director, Natalie currently serves on the board of Chambers Ireland, where she is the incoming President, and the Dublin Chamber policy council. She brings significant governance experience and an extensive senior network to everything she does.
A four-time UCD graduate, including an MBA and Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching, Natalie applies the same rigour to developing people and organisations as she does to driving business growth.
